Brothers Curtis and AJ Pritchard, known for their appearances on Love Island and Strictly, have launched an investment app, Fint, that is managed by Newcastle-under-Lyme-based wealth manager, IronMarket Wealth.
Following a soft launch in the second half of 2024, Fint enables Gen Z investors to invest from as little as £50 a month in either a low, medium or high risk version of three core themes — or ‘tilts’ — that resonate with that demographic: e-sports, climate change and disruptive technologies.
Fint uses Oxford Risk to identify the risk profile of the investor in question and map their portfolio across a basket of ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) that have up to 20% exposure to their chosen tilt. The portfolio is then managed by IronMarket Wealth’s investment committee that has over 100 years of investing experience at institutions including BlackRock, RBS, Nomura, Santander and ABN Amro.
Wes Wilkes, Co-founder and CEO, Fint, told us:
“If there’s one thing you’re guaranteed to find on social media, it’s an abundance of misinformation. This is especially the case in financial services where there is a growing number of unregulated and inexperienced ‘finfluencers’ promoting get-rich-quick schemes, from crypto pushers to meme coin die-hards. It’s a Wild West and we launched Fint to counteract it and provide Gen Z investors with a diversified and well-constructed way to invest via a regulated investment manager.”
Wilkes says Gen Z are hugely engaged with investment and he wants make sure that interest is channelled in the right ways using established investing principles.
Disrupting the investment status quo
Fint aims to disrupt the status quo by providing a platform that not only offers access to exciting investment opportunities but prioritises financial education, risk management and long-term financial stability. “Ultimately, it’s about helping younger people make better and more informed investment decisions,” Wilkes explained.

Fint charges a transparent flat fee of 1% per annum, which covers portfolio, platform and management costs. In 2025, the roadmap includes a personal finance and investment education suite with a gamification element, along with budgeting and financial management tools.
The app is available to download on the App Store and Google Play and a real-time dashboard shows portfolio performance.
AJ Prichard, Co-founder, Fint, added:
“Fint is all about making Gen Z think long-term when it comes to investing their money, rather than short-term. It applies the same principles as professional investors do but targets sectors that resonate with younger people, initially e-sports, climate chance and disruptive technology. Crucially, we speak to our target audience in their language, which is key to get engagement, and have recently partnered with social media platform WeAre8 to get further exposure. I think a lot of younger investors are put off by how formal the wealth management industry can be so we have placed a massive emphasis on being on their wavelength. Through Fint, you get all the thrill of market action with the reassurance that seasoned professionals are keeping a close eye on it. It’s about becoming a steady roller rather than a quick flipper.”
