Five Cornerstone FS LON:CSFS Directors purchased a total of 223,500 shares on 20th January. non-executive Director, Simon Bullock purchased 100,000 shares at 8.825p, non-executive Chairman, Gareth Edwards bought 56,500 shares at 8.845p, Chief Executive, James Hickman bought 55,000 share at 8.924p whilst Chief Financial Officer, Judy Happe and Non-executive Director, John Burns both purchased 6,000 shares at a price of 8.825p. The cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, has seen its share prices revived recently and posted a trading update this month stating it had seen continued strong momentum in 2022 and that full year revenue would be 12% higher than current market expectations.
At the time of writing, Cornerstone FS shares were trading at 9.18p, up 49.8% on the year to date and -73.4% over the last 12 months.
Frontier Developments LON:FDEV Chairman David Wilton has purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 483.6p on 20 January 2023 for a total cost of £24,180. In addition, Jonny Watts, Chief Executive Officer purchased 10,000 shares at an average price of 496.3p and Alex Bevis, Chief Financial Officer purchased 10,000 shares at an average price of 495.5p. We wrote an update on Frontier Developments last week following their interim results. The December trading period had been a challenging one but the group was cautiously optimistic for the remainder of the year.
At the time of writing, Frontier Developments was trading at 498.5p, down 49.4% on the year to date and -62.9% on the last 12 months.
Audioboom LON:BOOM non-executive Chairman, Michael Tobin OBE on 23rd January purchased 2,380 shares at a price of 420p at a total cost of £9,996, The AIM listed podcast company announced a 2022 trading update this week highlighting the difficult trading conditions that the last 12 months have posed to the business. the business is however a growth story with revenue up 25% on the previous year.
The share price was 404.95p at the time of writing, down down 6.4% for the year to date and -72.6% for the last 12 months.

ReNeuron LON:RENE Executive Chairman Iain Ross, on 23rd January, has purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 10p per share for a total consideration of £9,500. The AIM listed R&D business which is focused on stem-cell derived exosome delivery technologies has recently announced a restructuring, reducing headcount by 40% and lowering the overall variable costs of the business. Its available cash position will extends into 2024 enabling resources to be directed towards generating in vivo data and validating the Company’s exosome delivery technology platform, CustomEX.
At the time of writing, the share price was 10.5p, up 18.6% for the year to date and -69.6% for the last 12 months.
Checkit LON:CKT non-executive Director, John Wilson, has acquired an interest in 250,000 shares at 23.94p each for a total cost of £59,850 through his wife, Sophie Wilson. The AIM listed business which provides an intelligent operations platform for the deskless workforce has recently announced a number of contract wins in the US worth around $1m and a contract renewal worth £2.1m over four years for the UK business.
The share price was at 27p at the time of writing, up 22.7% on the year to date and -39.3% over the last 12 months.
