Podcast: catch up with Mike Ellwood of Net Zero Infrastructure

*

The number of small, clean and readily available cash shells on the London market is small, and getting smaller all the time. On the podcast this week we speak to Mike Ellwood, Chairman of Net Zero Infrastructure, a London listed SPAC – a Special Purpose Acquisition Company.

Net Zero Infrastructure [LON:NZI] is trading again, creating the opportunity for investors who want to acquire shares as it goes in search of a new acquisition target. It has been set up to acquire a private company operating in the fast-expanding green energy market. Specific attention is being placed on companies that are responsible for the infrastructure that will be needed to underpin the emerging green economy.

On the podcast we talk to Mike about cash shells in general, the history of Net Zero Infrastructure to date, and also the sorts of companies that NZI is looking to acquire next. We also have a more wide ranging discussion about the prospects for the green energy sector in the UK for investors, especially post-pandemic.
