Food supplements specialist Rritual Superfoods (CSE:RSF/FSE:0RW) is continuing to put in place a sophisticated North American distribution network for its adaptogen health supplements. Rritual specialises in the development of a range of proprietary, mushroom-based food supplements.
Rritual has partnered with Orca Pacific, a full-service Amazon agency, for the build and optimization of the Rritual Amazon store and to execute the Rritual’s digital marketing strategy. Engaging with Orca and launching on Amazon should strongly support Rritual’s plan for its products to be readily accessible by consumers. In partnership with Orca Rritual said it will work towards a listing on Amazon Prime.
Multi-stage targeted launch for Rritual Superfoods
The company has also reached an agreement to launch its products on Vitacost.com, which is a leading online retailer of health and wellness products owned by The Kroger Co. While not as well known as the mighty Amazon, Vitacost has a loyal customer base in the specific health and wellness space, offering buyers considerable mark down on a massive range of health supplements.
“Rritual’s multi-stage targeted launch is focused primarily on ‘being where the customers are,’ and no storefront in our world can help us more than Amazon to achieve that objective,” explained David Kerbel, CEO at Rritual. “Based on a survey done by Feedvisor on 2000+ customers in the U.S., 89% of the buyers are more likely to purchase from Amazon than any other eCommerce website.”
Since winning the ECRM Buyers Choice Award in late 2020, Rritual and Amazon have been in discussions, and actively engaged in the effort to launch the Rritual Amazon store. Rritual is building a Superfood Platform focused on wide distribution and modern innovation.
Rritual is also going to list its products on health food marketplace The Good Trends. This is a B2B wholesale marketplace that connects local healthy speciality food brands and mission-driven retailers. This gives the company access to yet another key distribution network in the US specifically targeting consumers of high end health products.
At the forefront of innovation in the adaptogenic superfoods market
Considered to be at the forefront of innovation in the space, Rritual is aiming to be a premium brand in the functional mushroom and adaptogenic superfood market. Getting its product line on Amazon is regarded by management as essential to Rritual’s ambition to help lead and define the superfoods category.Rritual said that it would be selling its three main Superfood Elixir lines on Vitacost, namely Chaga Immune, Lion’s Mane Focus and Reishi Relax. It confirmed this week that its products will rolling out to over 10,000 points of sale in North America.
Rritual listed in March on the CNSX at 54 cents. Shares are currently trading at 80 cents at time of writing. They have traded as high as C$1.17 this year.
Products are all USDA certified
Rritual product offerings are all USDA-certified organic and are a caffeine-free option that can be mixed with other beverages or enjoyed by itself. Rritual’s proprietary Immune-Synergy Six Mushroom Blend is the only functional health product on the market that contains a daily prebiotic blend which nourishes a healthy gut microbiome and facilitates balanced digestive function.
Rritual Superfoods is a fast-growing Canadian-listed small cap with a growing range of proprietary health and wellness products in the superfoods space. Already a big market in Asia, mushroom-based adaptogenics are growing in size as a market in North America and indeed in Europe. They already compose a much bigger slice of the health supplements market than they did five years ago. We see no reason why this trend should not continue,
