2020 has been a year for the history books. Lives transformed by lockdown, economic uncertainty and those we have lost. Our thoughts are with anyone who has endured hardship this year as we head towards the festive period.
For the team here at The Armchair Trader, it has been a year of personal and collective challenges, but also of opportunity. With the support of so many of you, we have welcomed 50,000 visitors to the site on average over the last 3 months and more than 2,500 subscribers to our daily digest newsletter – something that we couldn’t have imagined was possible this time last year.
We can only imagine that in these uncertain times, you have found some comfort in the financial markets and hope that we have helped you in some small way to find opportunity in amongst its unpredictability in 2020.
Time for a break
As the markets begin their slow-down and the festive season begins, The Armchair Trader team will be taking a break between now and the New Year to recharge our batteries in preparation for what we hope will be another year of exciting progress in 2021. The newsletter will finish on 18th December and will restart on either Monday 4th or Tuesday 5th January (depending on newsflow) but we will be posting a number of features on the website over the coming days so feel free to check back in.
Exciting plans for 2021
We have lots of exciting plans for next year which we will be able to bring you as the year progresses. However, you can be assured that the team here will remain committed to bringing you quality insight and analysis on a range of Stocks, Funds, Commodities, Currencies and much more, all designed to provide you with great investing and trading ideas – completely free of charge.
So, thank you for your support. Please do continue to share our stories and encourage others to join us. Together, we can achieve fantastic things in 2021.
Season’s greetings to you and a very Happy New Year.
