This is a stock that I've been tracking for some time. I keep expecting it to correct but it doesn't. Shares are now up over 50% on a YTD basis and over 33% in the last six months. It also keeps coming near the top of my UK equity screens on a fairly consistent basis.
My tip of the week, this is an established UK-based manufacturer of retail cleaning goods. The PE ratio is at the upper end of my acceptable range at just over 12x, but this is tolerable. Shares have been trading in a narrow range since the middle of July, but there could be scope to capture further upside in the next few months.
Every time I feel this share has run its course, it seems to get bid higher by the market. We are adding it to our short term trading portfolio to see how it runs over the next six months,
