UK Stock Market News: Huddled, Enwell Energy, Roadside Real Estate

Three key news stories unfolding as the UK stock market opens. Check out our companies reporting diary for upcoming results from FTSE 350 and selected international stocks.

1. Huddled partners with THG Ingenuity for fulfilment

Circular economy company Huddled Group [LON:HUD] has this morning announced a partnership with THG Ingenuity to help it accelerate growth plans. THG’s fulfilment centres will be used to support Huddled’s growth ambitions, whilst the relationship also opens up the opportunity of using THG Ingenuity’s award-winning THG Studios facilities to assist building live e-commerce solutions. An undiscounted equity funding round has also been proposed.

2. Enwell update shows struggles persisting

AIM listed Enwell Energy LON:ENW has a Q2 update out with the Ukrainian focused oil and gas explorer noting challenging trading conditions in the war-torn country. The company continues to battle license suspensions through the courts but there seems to be little to cheer in this note, although the company does have $100m in cash reserves, a figure that exceeds the market cap.

3. Roadside Real Estate picks up new site

AIM listed Roadside Real Estate [LON:ROAD], a business with a series of value-led roadside convenience retail outlets, has updated the market this morning with news of a site acquisition and a redefinition of a joint venture agreement. This paves the way for building the asset base further.
