Three developing stories at the UK stock market open.
1. Vistry beats forecasts
Full year numbers from Vistry LON:VTY are out this morning. Despite a challenging trading backdrop, key stats have come in ahead of forecast with pre-tax profits around 5% ahead of guidance and completions slightly up, too.
2. Ithaca exceeds on dividend payout despite revenue shortfall
Ithaca Energy [LON:ITH] issued full year numbers today, with performance said to be at the top end of guidance and strong Q4 production supporting the payment of further dividends, totalling $500m for the year. That was slightly above forecast, but revenues came in around 10% below consensus estimates.
3. Trufin management herald exceptional year as revenues triple
FinTech Trufin LON:TRU issued full year numbers as well, noting revenues up more than 200% although margins had reduced by almost half. Pre-tax profit has however been transformed and management are deeming the numbers to have been exceptional. It has been a rough ride for the business with some concentration risk being played out – does this mark a brighter future all round?
