[Video] Global trade wars and the US Dollar

US President, Donald Trump is pushing ahead with his protectionist program as he looks to boost the US manufacturing sector. The new tariffs he is imposing on imports is having a negative affect on global equity markets, a sign that his policies are not being welcomed by investors.

The tit for tat trade wars have in fact boosted the US Dollar which is, in fact, making imports for US companies cheaper.
